Genesis Resiliency is working with the Elspeth Hayworth Centre for Women and RivInt Interpretation and Translations Services.

Here is what they have to say about this partnership

"On behalf of Elspeth Heyworth Centre for Women, with great pleasure I would like to express my gratitude towards Martin Gierczak and his team at Genesis, who have provided us with the Operational Resiliency Support, which required extensive Business Impact Analysis. Through this process they were able to identify 12 operational change opportunities which would mitigate the risks in loss of staff, technology, premises and suppliers. Their process included the development of Succession Plan for the Executive Director. As well, many hours of review, sound advice and follow-ups were provided for our social enterprise RivInt Interpretation and Translation Services, in the area of digitizing vital client record processes."

Genesis Resiliency is working with the Tupperville School Museum.

"I would like to thank Genesis Resiliency for helping us identify some worrying risks in our day-to-day operations. We are a small museum, with a small but dedicated team of volunteers.

Over time, we have come to rely on certain key individuals to complete important activities such as managing grant funding proposals, managing our financial records, and training our museum attendants. We didn’t consider the risk this reliance created for us if one or more of those individuals became unavailable (for example, sick with long COVID).

The team at Genesis Resiliency led us through an Operational Business Impact Analysis (OBIA), which has given us a line of sight into our museum’s operational blind spots.

We can now build plans (which we are again doing with the help of Genesis Resiliency) to reduce the impact of our risks so we can keep providing our visitors with an enjoyable museum experience.”
